Create Account & Login
Register using your JRMSU email and student ID. Once verified, log in to access your personal dashboard and counseling services.
Book an Appointment
Browse available counselors, select your preferred date and time, choose the type of counseling you need, and submit your appointment request.
Counselor Confirmation
Your assigned counselor reviews and confirms your appointment. You'll receive a notification with the confirmed schedule and session details.
Attend & Follow Up
Attend your counseling session as scheduled. Use the secure messaging feature for follow-ups, questions, or to schedule additional appointments.
Your Privacy is Protected
All conversations and records are kept confidential. Only you and your assigned counselor have access to your session details. Administrators see only aggregated statistics for resource planning.
